Frances Smith has an unbridled passion for helping others nationwide achieve their real estate goals. Her career started in 2003 in Central NJ, where she quickly learned to navigate the fast lanes of real estate for both seller and buyer clients. Her dreams of becoming a landlady were achieved in 2007, when she bought her first duplex in upstate NY, her birthplace. In 2021 she made a radical decision to follow another dream and embrace a new life in North Florida. She specializes in relocation, assisting first time home buyers, and strategically marketing, pricing and negotiating the sale for seller clients.
